Unit Reservation Methods
For now, the initial reservation (until signing the contract) is made for our clients who wish to own one of our apartments through two method:
The first method : It is represented in the presence of the customer or his representative to the marketing department at the company’s headquarters and reviewing the terms and conditions of the reservation and its validity period. In the event of approval, the client or his representative fills out the designated form and submits a copy of personal identification (in order to prepare the contract) and pays five thousand US dollars ($5,000) as a down payment for the residential apartment to be reserved, so that this amount will be deducted from the first payment later.
The second method : It is for our clients in other governorates or from outside the Republic, where they can book via the Internet, by choosing one of the apartments shown in the table below, and then filling out the designated form, and our representative will respond and explain the terms and conditions of the reservation and its validity period. In the event of approval, the customer or his representative must fill out the designated form and send it with a copy of his personal identity (in order to prepare the contract) and transfer the amount of five thousand US dollars ($ 5,000) to the company’s bank account as a deposit for the residential apartment to be reserved so that this amount will be deducted later. from the first batch.
